Illegal reopening vs legal.

  1. Although, I'm concerned about the long term effects of getting the vaccine, I see it as necessary and my duty to the greater good, to take the risk and get the vaccine. However, we all have to make, what we view as, the best decisions for ourselves and those that we care about. this pandemic will never end if too few people get vaccinated, but I don't feel that it should be a government mandated condition of employment. If the ranches themselves decide not to employee anyone who's not vaccinated, as a private enterprise, they should also have that right. At the very least, routine Covid tests need to be mandatory for the ladies and their clients, unless both parties are vaccinated. It would be very bad for the long term sustainability of legal prostitution if it caused an outbreak. I would prefer if the lady I party with is vaccinated, but I'm not coming out until I'm fully vaccinated, so it's not a deal breaker.

OK here's my take. I basically needed to get the vaccine for one because I'm right on the edge of high risk for both age(turning 50) and health( Type 2 diabetes) where catching COVID can be life-threatening. So i feel side effects from a vaccine pale compared to what COVID could do to me. On top of that a cruise I'm going on is requiring it, and when my job opens up travel again, I know it will be a requirement anyway. So i figured if i have to get it anyway, I might as well do it now so when ranch opens up all the ladies would know I'm already vaccinated and hopefully be more comfortable to do the same kind of great parties we were able to do pre-Covid.

As far as the ladies go, I don't think it should be required to work there. If I'm vaccinated, I'm not concerned with catching anything, and besides the ladies will be tested weekly.
My concern would be more with ladies success if not getting the vaccine. I'm sure there will be some clients that will only want to party with vaccinated ladies. And then there's the question of will there be limits to what ladies can do for those that aren't aren't vaccinated. And then if forced to where a mask the entire time, you could lose out on showing one of your best assets, those beautiful faces. And that could make the difference to some clients. Personally I don't think it will affect too many regulars but could affect those new clients that come in.

I just say weigh all your options and do what's best for you. I don't think there's a right or wrong answer here. Do what's best for you!!!

Feel free to reach out if you'd like me share ny experience as I got the one and done Johnson and Johnson last week right before they put it on "pause".

Hope this helps and has not offended anyone. Just my personal opinion and doesn't mean im right :p

    Thanks, Raz

  5. Hi Mr. Raz, I have two reasons why I got vaccinated. #1, before COVID-19 I was an one on one reading tutor for my local school district. I didn't feel comfortable enough to do Zoom tutoring. #2, like you, I'm going on an European River cruise with my brother to celebrate my 62nd birthday. The cruise line is requiring its passengers to be vaccinated too. I got the Moderna vaccination.

  6. Exactly (and a happy birthday, Raz!). After the initial May 1st re-opening, the brothel management, the ladies and the clients will figure it out, adapt and change things as we progress towards what we hope will be the "normalcy" we crave. I will say that I spent a day at a local casino here in the SF Bay Area that advertised heavily on TV before the pandemic but hadn't done any commercials since then.

There was a pretty good crowd in attendance in a large enclosed space. They did the whole protocol spiel we're all accustomed to by now: the temperature check-in, the six-foot social distance markers on the walkways, which didn't apply on the casino floor, hand sanitizer stations everywhere and big plexiglass shields between the slots and at the card tables (to humor myself, I thought of "plexiglass glory holes at the brothels," lol--no, I don't think that would really happen) . Everyone I saw was compliant with mask-wearing and, granted, this was a mostly older crowd, whom I can only assume were fully vaccinated in the majority (nobody needed to show off their vaccination card). That thought and having completed both my Pfizer shots as well added to my comfort level (Raz, my post-vaccination reactions were nothing more than a flaring of arm soreness that lasted no more than two days. Hell, now that we got these damn shots, may as well put them to work!). I think the cigarette smoke affected me more than anything, lol.

Anyway, the point here is that, with what we have in place, we can feel confident that the long anticipated opening will go well. Perhaps slowly, at first, but gain momentum by summer as we return and hopefully, the LRN and KKR will also re-kindle--maybe the return of Livestream (as a Zoom conference could work). But one step at a time.

  7. Ah hell, I am a disabled Veteran and the Reno VA Medical Center called me in to get my vaccine 4-5 weeks ago. I had my reservations and I don't know if I would have intentionally made plans to get vaccinated if I were not returning to work at the Bunnyranch. And at the time prior to my getting the vaccine I was not planning to return to work and I would not have returned without a vaccine either.

Now, whether I think the vaccine works or does not have long term adverse affects, I cannot without doubt tell you I believe either of those things.

When I got the vaccine my thought process was, "oh well, that's the US Armed Services for ya", as I recalled The Atomic Veterans 1946-1962 .:oops::rolleyes:o_O:confused:

Q: Would I prefer gentlemen that come see me to be vaccinated?
A: I would; just to help ease the minds of my other and usually elder gentleman. Especially if you will be traveling and visiting highly congested areas of foreign or domestic travelers enroute to see me.

Q: Am I going to make it a requirement?
    A: No. :)

Q: Will you get extra benefits from me if you are vaccinated and bring your vaccination card?
    A: Yep! :p
