I’m making shredded chicken nachos for dinner tonight! It’s the perfect football watching food!

 

I had a crispy chicken salad for dinner!

 

Tonight I had some grilled chicken with a salad. Don’t worry, I didn’t use Romain..lol.

Roasted Thick Pork Chops with sautéed green beans, twice bake potatoes with bacon bits and cheddar melted cheese on top

 

i love to cook myself . i normally marinate my standing rib roast for 24 hrs. before I cook it on a rottisere .

 

Learning to play with my air fryer, made sweet potato fries tonight, ohhh, SO good!

I had a garden salad with grilled chicken tonight!

 

Still learning but I love it. Especially when cooking for one person, it really expands what I'm able to make and its SO fast. Cleanup is very easy too, highly recommend it. I did a lot of research on the different models though and saw that there are several brands which aren't reliable and quit working fairly soon, per the reviews. Fingers crossed mine keeps on going.

 

I had one awhile back and I loved it! Amazing.

 

filet-mignon , roasted garlic mashed potatoes , peas and mushrooms in a garlic sauce.

 

Chicken! And that's it. Salads all day so this is a huge luxury.

 

Good luck! Maybe Santa will bring me one!

Hello from Yakima Washington!!!

Last night I had thin sliced pork chops, mashed potatoes, and a salad with Blue Cheese!!!

 

I'd love too!!! Where would we go???

 

I’m craving Italian!

 

I had nachos today and they were delicious!

 

Having a February Thanksgiving dinner, just because. I'm making a turkey, stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberries, a veggie and homemade blueberry pie for dessert!

 

I want some! How are you cooking the turkey?

 

Tonight I made homemade macaroni and cheese with bacon! It was delicious. Next time I think I’ll add chicken and broccoli!
