That actually sounds pretty delicious. Still offering your bed and breakfast special by any chance??
The night manager made 12 hour crock pot apple oatmeal. We all woke up to the delicious smell of cooked apples. It was amazingly yummy.
Sometimes i can't stomach a big meal in the morning, so i eat sunflower seeds, pistachios, or some kind of nut. Always good to get some type of nutrition in.
I agree. Recently I have been having oatmeal with raisins, dates and walnuts...a Quaker Oats packaged product. Then, I add a teaspoon of peanut butter and raspberries. I read the peanut butter does the metabolic jumpstart that Willow is talking about. After I eat, I do feel energetic and am able to watch TV for at least a couple hours without falling asleep.
Hi Stacy, This morning I had some chunky turkey salad. Btw, your sig looks great. Esp. the pic of you standing on the left.
I do that, too! Keeps the calories & cholesterol down but you still get lutein for your eyes. ...But today I had a heart attack in a sack --- fast food breakfast sandwich - only a b'jillion calories.
im kinda partial to a breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs, cheese, a hot link & (wait for it) country gravy. Yes i know it is a heart attack waiting to happen, but if I'm gonna die, other than at the ranches, I'll die eating one of those, hehe...
@ - Stacy Tyler - You're welcome.......and........back at ya. This morning I had scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage.....and an apple.
I like it with as much pulp as I can get. Spoonfuls of thick sweet juicy pulp. It sounds kinda sexual when I describe it that way, doesn't it?
I know it! I'm thinking about all of the places on your body that would make the taste of OJ / pulp even WAY sweeter.
