I'm currently re-reading "Whale Hunt in the Desert: Secrets of a Vegas Superhost" by Deke Castleman. It traces the career path of Steve Cyr, the most famous and most successful casino marketing executive in Las Vegas history. It's full of wild, funny episodes, including conversations with his big-betting customers like this -- Cyr: Hey, I'm the man. I got the power. You want two tickets to the fight tonight? Depends on the whether. Client: The weather? Cyr: Yeah... whether or not I decide to give them to you!
If you decide to go, let me know. It's always fun showing virgins the ropes. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
I'm reading " Fender Bass Manual " by Paul Balmer. I'm already familiar with alot of the subject matter, but it is still an entertaining read.
I'm reading "Heavens on Earth" by Michael Shermer and picked up another book on sale called "The Anatomy of Sex & Power" by Michael Hutchinson! I'll tell you guys all about it once I'm finished
That is so awesome you ladies have a book club! I'm currently so busy with textbooks I haven't had time for leisure reading... but I will definitely come back to this list when I have time to pick it up again teehee! XOXO, Bobbi Besos
Stormfront by Jim Butcher. I'm all about the Dresden Files. The first chapter was an awesomely gory sex scene. Just a little spoiler alert .
Currently reading; Principles of Instrumental Analysis (chemical analysis background and trouble-shooting book about 900 pages but there's only about 250 pages I'm really interested in) The Systematic Identification of Organic Compounds (700 page book where only about 200 pages I'm interested in) Does God Exist? (book takes both sides of the argument and presents best case reasons, about 250 pages long) Additionally, I'm also writing books, I have about 9 books at some point of being started or outlined and of those 9 two of them are more than half written. As I finish good portions I send them to my editor. This last section for one of the books I'm writing my editor said it scared her so much she couldn't sleep, she made the mistake of reading it at home before she went to bed. I'm quoting her here, "Stephen King has nothing on you, I would hate to see what gives you nightmares. Next time warn me which book you're sending me transcripts of so that I know whether to read it during office hours or if I can read it at home. I was up for hours checking the windows and locks."
I am ready Dennis hof's book, saw it on top of the bar counter at the KitKat ranch and was intrigued, I like it. I have a thing when I start reading a book I can't stop till I finish it. I am in a rush to read the ending haha. Will see
Read Scientific American magazine each month and recently finished a book called American Gods. Great story about old world gods stranded in the new world.
I recently sold a book of mine to a coule who frequents our brothel at The Love Ranch Vegas. He's been reading it and coming in referring to the event on Page so and so and wanting to discuss it with me.... Sooooo - it looks like I need to reread my own book to refresh my memory. LOL
Currently reading Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferriss. Any thoughts DesertRose of having a Bunnyboard Bookclub? Maybe at the beginning of the month you and the other ladies pick a book and anyone interested could read it and post their opinions the last week of the month
A bit back I started the Emberverse series by S. M. Stirling. It's a different take on a post-apocalyptic story. I'm about done with book 3. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Calvin and Hobbes is one of my favorite comic strips. I have a book somewhere that has a compilation of all of the strips. It's fun to read when on the couch after along week.

The part where something happens I wasn't expecting. Doesn't happen nearly enough. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
I just got done reading the three Star Wars novels from Chuck Wendig (starting with Aftermath) that cover the time between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, and those were good. For any history buffs, I recommend: The Billion Dollar Spy by David E. Hoffman The Fall of the Ottomans by Eugene Rogan The Proud Tower by Barbara Tuchman
Just published... Interviews with courtesans and lots of pictures... All in a Day's (Sex) Work) by Blair Hopkins... I got it because I'm in it but when I started reading it I realized this is a really good read.
