AMOS 4: 13 KJV Ever pondered the power of our LORD FATHER GOD ALMIGHTY? Meditating on GOD's power can soothe our biggest worries and calm our deepest fears. The WORD of GOD speaks often in HIS power--we know HE created our universe in less than a week. But if that's too much to comprehend, consider the enormity of a single mountain or ocean. Those vast, mighty things came into being simply by ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's voice--and they're only a tiny fraction of everything HE made. What power! The ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD opens the morning curtains to reveal the dawn and pulls the sky shades back at night to bring darkness. HE plots the course of the wind, arranges for rainfall, and causes grass, crops, and trees to grow. HE feeds the gigantic whales of the ocean, and every tiny little bird. If our ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD has enough knowledge and power to handle these jobs, surely HE can (and will!) look after us. Problems that seem insurmountable to us are simply a breath to HIM. Let's not be anxious today--ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD holds each one of us in the palm of HIS hand. Prayer: ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, YOU are my provider. Thank YOU for holding such power--and for choosing me to be YOUR child. Please give me a greater understanding of who YOU are, helping me to remember that YOU, the ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, love me. 06/26/2022 Today's subject is "Pick Your Battles." As for these four children, GOD gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. DANIEL 1:17 KJV (These other three children, teenagers most likely, were Hananiah was now Sha'drach, Mish'ael now Me'shach, and Az-a-ri'ah now A-bed-ne-go.) Daniel was one of the first Hebrew exiles taken from Jerusalem into friendly captivity (if there is such a thing) in Babylon. Separated from his family, forced into servitude, given a new identity and new gods, Daniel was probably only a teenager! He was now living in Babylon, the pagan center of the earth. Did Daniel completely reject his new lifestyle? Did he argue with his master and refuse to learn? No! Amazingly, there were only a few areas where Daniel refused to compromise: he would not bow down and worship any other god or eat food that had been offered to idols. We live in a type of Babylon, too. We're surrounded by anti-GOD behavior, customs, pop culture. It's easy to be offended by just about...everything. Everyday language is flavored with swear words, television shows mock our faith, and schools introduce curricula that makes us cringe. (Does CRT to all schools and day care and preschools; as well as sex education to preschool, Day care, elementary, and middle schools come to mind?) Surprisingly, ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD didn't tackle every single issue in Babylon. HE picked Daniel's battles for him, and Daniel was greatly used in the midst of a pagan culture. Not indignant or antagonistic, but compasionate and seeking the best for his captors. Can we be Daniels in our communities today? Prayer: ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, show me how to seek YOUR wisdom and discernment while picking my battles. Help me to love those who oppose YOU. Amen. July 14, 2022 The lesson today is "Living Biography." This occurs when our LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST appeared before HIS disciples and friends after JESUS rose from the grave. 19) This spake HE, signifying by what death HE should glorify GOD. And when HE had spoken this, HE saith unto him, Follow ME. 20) Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom JESUS loved following; which also leaned on HIS breast at supper, and said, LORD, which is he that betrayeth THEE? 21) Peter seeing HIM saith to JESUS, LORD, and what shall this man do? 22) JESUS saith unto him, If will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow ME. 23) Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet JESUS said not unto him, He shall not die; but If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? 24) This is the disciple which testifieth of these things: and we know that his testimony is true. 25) And there are also many other things which JESUS did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Not exactly, Two of the GOSPELS ignore LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST's birth completely, and only SAINT LUKE makes any mention of HIS childhood years. Carl Sandberg needed six volumes to write a biography of Abraham Lincoln. The apostle SAINT JOHN said that to write a definitive of LORDCSAVIOR JESUS CHRIST would require more room than is available in the whole world. So he chose which details of LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST' life to include--and with great care. accounts of LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST' All of the GOSPEL writters did. They each had a particular purpose in writting their accounts of LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST' life. SAINT JOHN spells his out clearly: But these are written, that ye might believe that JESUS is the CHRIST, the SON of GOD; and that believeing ye might have life through HIS name. 08/27/2022 The lesson today is "Voice of the SHEPHERD." 25) JESUS answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in MY FATHER's name, they bear witness of ME. 26) But ye believe not, because ye are not of MY sheep, as I said unto you. 27) MY sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow ME: 28) And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of MY hand. 29) MY FATHER, which gave them ME, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of MY FATHER's hand. 30) I and MY FATHER are one. SAINT JOHN 10: 25-30 KJV Next time you're around a group of children, watch for this fascinating phenomenon: At Sunday school or the day-care center, even with upwards of thirty kids playing, crying, or quietly looking at books, each child will hear their own parents' voice as soon as they enter the room. As soon as Dad and/or Mom acknowledges the teacher or helper their child, instantly latching on to the parents' voice, will look up to see their face. None of the other kids stop playing because they are not their parents--their voice doesn't catch the other kids' attention. Only a parents' child hears that one special voice above the ruckus. It should be the same way for us as ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's children. We may be engrossed in our day, running around, checking items off our-to-do list, working and taking care of ourselves and others--but when our ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD speaks, we should hear HIM because we as HIS children know HIS voice. ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's voice is distinct--and when we become part of HIS family, we learn to recognize it. The more we tune in to that distinct voice, the more we'll hear it. Let's be like a child, eager to hear a parent's loving voice. Prayer: ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, I know I am YOUR child--yet often I find it difficult to hear. YOUR voice over the noise of my life. Please give me ears to hear YOUR still, small voice, and the strength and faith to obey what YOU say to me. AMEN. 10/7/2022 The lesson today is "Make a Choice." Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in GOD, believe also in ME. SAINT JOHN 14:1 KJV Some days are full of joy and peace; others are not. When we face the inevitable dark days in life, we must choose how we respond. We bring light to the darkest of days when we turn our face to ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD. Sometimes we must let in trusted friends and family members to help on our journey toward solving our problems. King David knew much distress and discomfort when he cried out: GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. PSALMS 46: 1 KJV. Matthew Henry's commentary says of PSALMS 46, "Through CHRIST, we shall be conquerors....HE is a HELP, a present HELP, a HELP found, ONE whom we have found to be so; a HELP at hand, ONE that is always near; we cannot desire a better, nor shall we ever find the like in any creature." Knowing that ALMIGHTYLORD JESUS CHRIST is at the center of our battles--and that we can trust HIM--lends peace and stills the weakest of hearts. Rely on HIM to lead through the darkest days. 12/03/2022 Hi everyone sorry for the long time being distant from you all and denying you all the daily inspirational messages. I have been in an emotional and spiritual low place, feeling worthless, with my permanent disability in both ankles getting worse, feeling like less of a man physically in not just being overweight and having a one-inch penis. As well as dealing with my daily test of my struggles with temptations and sins. I believe today's lesson will greatly help us in such subjects we deal with daily. I hope this will help you all as well. Full Redemption and Love 1) OUT of the depths have I cried unto THEE, O LORD. 2) LORD, hear my voice: let THINE ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. 3) If THOU, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O LORD who shall stand? 4) But there is forgiveness with THEE that THOU mayest be feared. 5) I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in HIS word I do hope. 6) My soul waiteth for the LORD more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. 7) Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with HIM is plenteous redemption. 8) And HE shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities. HEBREWS 8: 12 KJV]. It's so important to confess your sins to the ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD as soon as you feel convicted and then turn from them and move in a right direction. There is no reason to hang your head in shame over sins of the past. Turning from sin is tough. Especially when it has become a bad habit. Find an accountability partner to pray for you and check in with you about your struggles, but don't allow the Devil/Satan/ Lucifer to speak lies into your life. [ For those at the Ranches @cumishaamado and @Air Force Amy are two great people to help be accountability partners as well as many that can help you out.] You have full redemption though LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! COLOSSINS 3: 22-25 KJV Over the centuries, many men and women have accomplished amazing things--things that have won them recognition from the world in the form of Nobel prizes, Olympic medals, literary awards, books on the bestseller lists, honorary doctorates, and much more. Most pursue these awards and titles to bring glory to themselves; a few make their accomplishments less known, seeking ALMIGHTY LOD FATHER GOD's direction, following HIS leading. Earthly medals and awards, recognition and acclaim only last a few years at best. LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST said 19) Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20) But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt. and where thieves do not break through and steal: 21) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. When we recognize that we work for the ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, not for the approval of man, we are freed from man's laws and expectations. We are free to be the people ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD created, fulfilling the purposes HE had in mind for us. Remember something C. T. Studd, British cricketeer and missionary, wrote: "Only one life, 'twill soon be past. Only what's done for CHRIST will last." Only GOD has the right to find us guilty and canceled, but instead HE sent HIS only begotten SON, JESUS CHRIST to take our sins to cross with HIM to the grave and rose from the grave to defeat sin and death to redeem us. PSAMLS 33: 21-22 KJV Think about the simple pleasures in everyday life--that sip of coffee in the morning, waking up to realize you still have a few more minutes to sleep, or putting on fresh, warm clothes right out of the dryer on a cold winter morning. Perhaps it's walk along the beach or a hike up the mountains into the blue skies that give you a simple peace. ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD knows all the simple pleasures you enjoy--and HE created them for your delight. When the simple things that can come only by HIS hand fill you with contentment, HE is pleased. HE takes pleasure in you. You are HIS delight. Giving you peace, comfort, and a sense of knowing that you belong to HIM is a simple thing for HIM. Take a moment today and step away from the busyness of life. DEUTERONMY 11: 12-18 KJV We all want ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's blessings. We want it to rain on our crops; we want the sun to shine on our picnics; we want a gentle breeze to relieve us from summer's scorch. We want job security and bigger paychecks. Though ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD allows some blessings to grace every person in the human race, there are some keys to receiving more of ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's goodness. If we want ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's blessings, we must be blessable. So how do we become blessable? We must love ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD. And we must serve HIM with all our heart and soul. Loving ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD is the easy part. But the evidence of that love comes through service to HIM, and that's a little harder. When we love ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, we serve HIM by loving others. We serve HIM by taking the time to mow the widow's lawn or prepare a meal for someone who's ill or provide a coat for someone who's cold. ( Miss @Air Force Amy , I know you do this regularly with your neighbor, since you mentioned this to me before!) We serve HIM by offering a hand of friendship to the friendless or by saying something positive about the victim of gossip. Miss @Air Force Amy , Miss @cumishaamado , Miss @randyryder , and all the lovely ladies at the Ranches I know you help in these circumstances. 05/20/2023 The lesson today is "When GOD's People Pray." Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee. PSALMS 122: 6 KJV When it comes to making a difference in this life, sometimes it's easy to feel helpless. Wars are being fought on the other side of the world and in our own country, physically and socially. People are starving, suffering, and hurting, physically, socially, emotionally, and sexually. As much as we'd like to help when we can, there are other times when there's not much we can do, right? Except, there is something we can do when we cannot physically help out. It's the most powerful thing anyone ca do--we can pray. ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, in all HIS power, has invited to come alongside HIM. HE's asked us to join HIM in HIS work by praying for each other. We are all HIS children, so we are entrusted to help our fellow brothers and sisters in the world, physically, emotionally, socially, and sometimes intimately, and also in praying for them spiritually. For millions of years, ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's people have been treated unfairly and unjustly since Able and Seth, children of Adam and Eve. Yet we've survived, when other groups haven't. The reason we've survived when so many have sought to silence us is because we have something our enemies don't have. We have the power of ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD behind us. Think about it, here in United States of America we have freedom of religion, free to how we want to pray and free to worship ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD, ALMIGHTY LORD SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, and ALMIGHTY LORD HOLY SPIRIT. In other countries like China, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Central America, and South America you are told who to worship, how to worship, jailed and/or killed for your faith in ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD. When we pray, we call upon every resource available to us as the children of ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD. We call upon HIS strength, HIS compassion, HIS ferocity, HIS mercy, HIS love, and HIS justice. We have the ability to extend ALMIGHTY LORD FATHER GOD's reach of the other side of our town or the other side of the world, all because we pray and get involved in any way we can.
