The best brand I have found so far is Cacique. By the way, I cannot recommend Loma Linda brand. It’s pretty flavorless and has zero heat. What brand do you like?

I’m working on a potato and vegetable breakfast hash. It needs more fine tuning, but it will get there!
Potatoes, corn, bean sprouts, red and green onions, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes. I tried shredded carrots and cabbage once (coleslaw mix) but that was a no go. I’m thinking it needs a seasoning packet of some kind
