I'm giving up coffee. I had coffee this morning and a few hours later I had bad chest pains that lasted between 1 to 2 minutes. I have anxiety and I fill like it hightens it with caffeine. I was scared I had a heart attack. Then I was stressed out about that. Which probably caused more chest pain. Any good alternatives? I want to drink something with little to no caffine. Is there anything natural I can take for my anxiety. I fill a little better now but still a little on edge at the moment.
A 15+ minute walk are good for you physically and mentally that create natural endorphins. Hope this helps
