Thanks for the information. It sounds very responsible. The only thing is new CDC guidelines on transmission via surfaces is not taken into account. These are such good points! I know my personal policy will be to change bedding and wipe down all serfaces between guests. I personally am fully vaccinated myself and am working with folks who've made appointments on any discussions of their vaccinated status. With current CDC guide lines I will be isolating for two weeks before I travel and two weeks after. I also encourage folks to when able take a rapid test and isolating for a few days before coming whenever possible!

Just to let you know CDC https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2021/p0402-travel-guidance-vaccinated-people.html has recently said if you have been vaccinated you do not have to quarantine or take a test before /after traveling domestically . Also they have said surface transmission is very low. I would suggest getting an air purifier that will have an ultra violet light built in for your room.
