I’ve got multiple versions of Monopoly. I love the Gamer versions with Mario and Sonic. I picked up Monopoly Jackpot in Elko on one of my trips. I also have the Pac-Man version, which has a mini arcade game that keeps the players’ scores. I wanted to grab a few other variations.
Nice those sound amazing I love playing the Yellowstone one. Always on the lookout for unique ones to find.
They have some many different versions to play and a great way to spend time with friends or love ones.
I love chess! Sadly no one I know plays! Use to love playing a variety of games... Monopoly, Risk, In college we played Cosmic Encounter, a sci-fi game!
Wow I never knew they had so many versions. My family and I use to just play the traditional one every Sunday. I will have to check those other ones out.
Yes they have many out there if you have a favorite sports team, tv show or movie chances are they have one.
I often put pics of my latest additions to my collection as well as other things on this thread: https://www.bunnyranch.com/forum/index.php?threads/getting-my-geek-on.54441/
I'd say Guess Who is my favorite. I also like Connect Four. When I interviewed for my current job (as a programmer) they asked me to write out a program that would simulate a game of Connect Four. It didn't have to be functional or even in code. I could just write in pseudo-code (which is basically writing a program in plain English) to show my thought process and how I would approach the task. I really impressed them by remembering to add a check to make sure a column was not full.
I’m thinking of picking up a Go board at this store in the mall called Asian Gifts. Awesome store! Lots of good things there.
That’s where I found a few of my games. I had a few games I found at thrift stores and antique stores, including games based on arcade games like Pac-Man and Q*bert. I also found an old Star Wars Escape From The Death Star game and the Mad Magazine game. I don’t have those two anymore. I think my ex got rid of them.
Nice PAC-Man would be an amazing find, I like finding the retro toys and games in the wild instead of buying online. Thanks for sharing
Here’s the Pac-Man game from the 80s. I found that one at an antique store in Washington State. It caught my eye and I had to grab it.
