I always wondered what happened to Grimace

 

Back in the 70s I remember Grimace and buddies were EVERYWHERE. McDs even had stickers which my neighbor put on small chairs for his kids. By now he's probably in a rest home.

Don't forget about The Hamburglar, French Fry Gobblins AKA The Fry Guys with Fry Kids and Fry Girls, Mayor McCheese, Officer Big Mac, and Captain Crook. Fun times!

I remember those stickers! They were puffy relief ones! And the plates and glasses are still alive and well at my family’s homestead

It's all GOOD til it starts snowing heavily. When I first drove to Carson City I was AH-MAZED at just how long it took to drive across the Sierra Nevadas. I estimate it's about 90 miles wide.

I stopped at the Donner Pass Rest Area at 7,000 ft and enjoyed the crisp and fresh air. Nice place to get out and walk around. At 52 sure I was wheezing in the thin air but I needed a decent 10 minute walk after sitting in the car a long time.

 

Isn’t it beautiful though? Just keep livin! L-I-V-I-N
