This is WrestleMania weekend! I’m glad I’m not at work for it. So far, it’s been a great show! Anyone else watching?
Last night: Wrestlemania night 1 Rhea Ripley successfully retains the Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch. Awesome Truth are the Raw Tag Champions. Greyson Waller and Austin Theory are the Smackdown Tag Champions. Jey Uso defeated Jimmy Uso. I miss them doing the Haka as part of their entrance. Naomi, Bianca Belair, and Jade Cargill defeated Damage CTRL. Sami Zayn defeated Gunther to become the new Intercontinental Champion. The Rock and Roman Reigns defeated Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. Cody has a hell of a fight tonight!
Night 2: Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Damien Priest cashed in his Money In The Band and defeated Drew for the same championship! The Street Profits defeated the Final Testament with help from special guest referee, Bubba Ray Dudley. LA Knight defeated AJ Styles. Logan Paul retained the United States Championship against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. Bayley defeated Iyo Sky to become WWE Women’s Champion. Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns. New WWE Universal Champion!
Unfortunately I cut all my cables and I don't have the peacock subscription, so I couldn't watch it live. So I've just been watching highlights on YouTube
Night 2 was great. Happy see Bayley n io go clean. Drew n Seth stole the show start to finish. Cody was mostly predictable aside from undertaker showing. Now if they just announce next year already. That be fantastic.
