Well, 5 facts about me are...

I was born in the south of France and moved to the states when I was 3 (my first word was in French)
I like drawing n such and have been drawing since I was 2 and drew an anatomically accurate skeleton when I was 5. My favorite subject to draw is the female form.
I did VFX for the Sci Fi channel original movie Eyeborgs.
I also very much like to cook and I make killer crepes.

 

OMG, I looooove crepes! You should draw me like one of your French girls (Titanic reference) ​

 

Oh I get the reference hehe and maaaybe I would need quality references to do you or anyone justice. I may have to look into the logistics of posting some of my work. I know the last time I was at the ranches I showed the girl I was partying with a portrait I did earlier of her and her eyes grew wide in amazement. As for the crepes.. if the room has a decent stove top and I have all the ingredients that is definitely something that can happen.

 

Oh, I love it! I would have a fun souvenir to remember you by and you gotta love a man that can cook!

1. My first car was a '72 red camero.
2. I have 13 tattoos, and want more.
3. I have grown up and lived all up and down the west coast, from San Diego to Seattle.
4. I have never traveled over seas, but I really want to someday.
5. I love going to live concerts and festivals!

 

Five facts about me:

1: I was an official scorekeeper for 36 seasons in the St. Louis high school hockey league. I retired in 2020, and my last games were the championship games at the Blues' home arena, Enterprise Center. Little did any of us know at the time it would be the last sporting event at the arena for nearly a year, as COVID started rearing its ugly head.

2: I'm also a classic movie buff. My favorite non-sports cable channel is Turner Classic Movies. Love the silents they show on Sunday nights, and at other times as well.

3: I still have a dream to be a contestant on Jeopardy!. I know a lot of things about a lot of things, and I love to share my knowledge with others. I think it may be my greatest gift.

4: As a sportswriter, I once attended a press conference with former boxing champion Sugar Ray Leonard. During the Q and A period, I asked him a question about a fight earlier that week that involved his biggest rival, Roberto Duran. A was a kid reporter at the time, and a lot of the St. Louis sports media personalities didn't appreciate a kid stealing their question. His answer was used on a local TV sports report later that day, and I was feeling very proud of myself. One of the most senior members of the local sports media, a very friendly person named Bob Burnes, really like my question and wished me well in my career afterwards.

5: I'm an avid soccer fan, and have been involved in the local supporters group, the Saint Louiigans. I have been a soccer fan since I was a little kid in the 60s, when the only soccer seen on American TV was usually the replays of the FA Cup final from England every year on ABC's Wide World Of Sports. Now, it's everywhere, and it's a great thing o see not just how the game has grown in the United States -- but much more importantly, respected.
