Yes, I did. I’m glad to be working somewhere that values me as a human being. I spent 16 years as a parks worker for Layton City and through almost ten years of it, I was completely miserable there. I’d get called into the office for anything, one of which was my musical preference. Now that’s it’s own story. I was suspended and demoted for doing the best I could do. During my divorce, I got fired for accidentally aerating a parking lot. I forgot to lift the tines, and got fired for it. I then went on to Amazon, and didn’t do much better there. I was fired by a computer, pretty much. I’m at Lifetime now, and it’s a better company.
