About Me I'M SUSPENDED ON TWITTER - I SUBMIT AN APPEAL

I woke up this morning and saw that I'm suspended on Twitter.

Your account is suspended
After careful review, we determined your account broke the Twitter Rules. Your account is permanently in read-only mode, which means you can’t Tweet, Retweet, or Like content. You won’t be able to create new accounts. If you think we got this wrong, you can submit an appeal.


I submit an appeal.

They would not tell me what tweet (s) violated the rules. This doesn't seem fair. Twitter should include us being able to understand what we did, so we can correct it.

Twitter Safety @TwitterSafety replied:

"We've identified several policies where permanent suspension was a disproportionate action for breaking Twitter rules. We recently started reinstating accounts that were suspended for violations of these policies and plan to expand to more accounts weekly over the next 30 days."

Twitter Emailed Me:

Hello,

We received your request to have your account reinstated. We are reviewing a high volume of requests and appreciate your patience as it may take longer than normal for us to get back to you with an outcome.

If this request is for an account reinstatement under our new criteria, please allow 5-7 days for us to review and respond.

Dang! I’m sorry Cumisha. Twitter is a source for income for most of us. A lot of the ladies here use twitter to advertise themselves.

I don’t like the direction Twitter has taken.

 

Cumisha, I was put in twitter jail a couple of times within the last month. Twitter wouldn't tell me about my tweets too. All they said my tweets some how violated their rules. I was in twitter jail for three days both times.

 

Thanks @aztecwarrior2881 for sharing your experience and I've been on Twitter for since 2014 and this is the first time I've had an issue of violating their rules. I've appealed 4 times with the same answer. Did you open another Twitter Account?

Cumisha: Good luck with your appeal. I agree that they should tell you exactly what tweet violated their rules so you can try to avoid that in the future.

 

No, I just lived being in Twitter jail for the three days each time.

I received an email from Twitter this morning saying:

Hello,

Your account was suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service. After reviewing for reinstatement your account will not be restored.

This is a generic response and doesn't describe of list the "Violations of Our Terms of Service".

I'm still going to apply for another "Appeal". My Twitter is "Tamed" compared to the "Twitter Sites" that show "Nudity and Hardcore Penetration"!!!

You can post hard core , on twitter. But normal pictures , gets you banned….Wanna bet it the AI , technical bs is driving it……

 

Hold on @cumishaamado . I'm gonna look for some information I found. It's an organization for porn industry talent that helps with reinstatements.... lemme see if I can find it. I need to try and get my Instagram reinstated too...

 

I have seen other twitter accounts that should be banned because they show it all.

I agree with you @aztecwarrior2881!!! It's not fair. I think "Twitter" is targeting certain working girls and "Legal Brothels"!!!

 

Thanks @aztecwarrior2881 for liking my post and I put in another appeal yesterday and told Twitter that it's not fair that there are many Twitter Accounts that show "Hardcore Penetration" and our "Rights to Free Speech" is being "Violated". I feel "Twitter Rules" are "Big Hypocrites" in their rules!!!​

That sucks. I don’t understand why Twitter is suspending so many accounts. I always see tweets that are inappropriate all the time. But yet they don’t suspend those accounts. This is ridiculous. They should suspend tweets that shows porn before they suspend courtesans.

 

Also in order not to get your twitter suspended you need to get Twitter blue. It’s the only way you will be able to keep your Twitter account and not get shadow banned or suspended. They have to verify all accounts through Twitter blue. If you don’t have Twitter blue.. your account will be suspended period. Also you need to have a specific amount of Followers and not followings in order to get Twitter Blue. Also if you have an account that was suspended and you then create a new one, you will not be able to get Twitter Blue. There is a time period for Twitter Blue.

I'm italianoldboy22 on twitter. I'm not transphobic, all of a sudden I'm getting trans porn on my timeline. From your photos on twitter before you were suspended I didn't see anything wrong. You had pasties covering your nipples. You were wearing beautiful lingerie. It's not fair that twitter suspended your account. I can't go to twitter blue like destinistarr suggested because I gave up my debit and credit cards when they got hacked. You hang in there pretty lady.

Twitter Blue is a premium paid subscription service ($11/Month on iOS) that adds a blue checkmark to your account which will appear only if your account meets the eligibility criteria. To meet the criteria, the account must be at least 90 days old, have a verified phone number, and have an active and eligible Twitter Blue subscription.
