Next trip May 23-25...sooner than I thought!

YUP! I did it. I figured out a way to come back to the MBR. Will be there May 23rd thru the 25th or so. Don't worry ladies I'll be making my deposits on Monday. I REALLY need to blow off some steam and relax after what I've been thru in the last year.

 

I'll be in Reno those same dates Pizza Man (Friday, May 21st to Wednesday, May 26th).......same boat, need a release after the past 12-14 months

 

Cool! I actually stayed in Reno once at the Comfort Inn by the airport on Plumb Rd or whatever it's called. Certain parts to me were almost questionable and ghetto like. Sorry had to say it. It just had a weird vibe!

Then I switched it up and stayed at the My Place Hotel in Carson City. When I first stayed there in 2019 it was like 6 months old and nice and pretty. For about $100/night you get a room with a full kitchenette including a regular sized frig, sink, microwave, stove, etc. however it doesn't come with pots and pans! My Place is a chain of hotels that started in the Dakotas and it's only 14 min from the Ranch.

So far I've explored the chocolate story factory thingy off the highway, Italian dinner at Garibaldi's in the downtown area, dinner at the Sassafras Cafe next to the hot springs, and a quick trip to Virginia City and South Tahoe.

If we cross paths I'll make sure to introduce myself. I'm not hard to miss. LOL

 

I'm still up in the air on where I'm staying, but I have an agent with the company I work for looking for options....one is a rental in the Sparks area, right off I-80, which would be fun...I'll get some answers this week...hopefully don't end up in the ghetto! LOL

 

There is a great Breakfast place downtown right across from the state house great Diner breakfast yum

 

Doesn't the Gold Dust still have the Bunny Ranch Rate it's like $75 a night comes with free breakfast right down the street from the Ranches on highway 50 maybe 10 minute drive

 

It does I'm sure, but the options I'm working at would be pre-paid through work, so basically free, coming out of a "running account" I have, so other than the convenience of GDW to the ranches, this would be a more frugal option

 

I was going to mention this SPECIAL rate. Since COVID hit I have no idea if this is still applicable there. I will call and find out. When I stayed there in 2019 the rooms and halls were just as smoky and stinky as the casino so that's why I didn't go back. Plus My Place Hotel was super new back then.

 

I will be there at the same time also! Wow. The Hampton Inn is not the cheapest, but it is very nice and professional.

Hmm, sounds like I dodged the bullet on GDW. My original plan when I went up in 2019 was to have stayed there to take advantage of the rate, but I couldn't get the room for the whole time I was staying there (it was the Labor Day weekend). So I decided to go the Marriott. Which worked out great since it was next to Duke's, and the highway intersection was only a couple of blocks away. Go left, to the ranch. Go right, to Tahoe.

 

Omg so many of you guys are coming over, sounds like it’s gonna be a fun end of may, I’d love to meet you guys if you wanna drop by to say hello and have a drink at sagebrush across the street to the bunny ... there’s really beautiful ladies at bunny that I would love to meet as well hehe

Yeah Hampton was just out my price league. It's a rather upscale property and right next to the My Place. Neither one have an attached casino which means no worries about smoke getting sucked thru the air vents. GDW just needs BETTER air filtering or something. It was GROSS!

 

What Kiki is trying to say is "there's some HOT Bunnies she wants to have a cross house party with and she's hoping you;ll set that up."

I'm not a Mind Reader but I am a Pisces! My dance card is full already this trip Miss Kiki but yes I have seen who's currently at Sage including the ever so lovely @destinistarr.
