This is a treat for your scalp and feet. A detoxing, self-heating mud is applied to your feet. We then wrap your feet in a warm cocoon for the mud to absorb. While your feet are wrapped, you will receive our soothing exotic scalp massage. The mud is removed, and this treatment finishes with stimulating reflexology to aid in the organs via the body's energetic pathways.

AROMATHERAPY

Pamper yourself with a massage that helps aid in stress relief, strengthen immunity, reduce inflammation and bring the body back to balance. In the first 20 to 25 minutes, we apply specific aromatherapy techniques, using therapeutic-grade essential oils on the spine and feet. Followed by a mini massage for the remaining time.

HIMALAYAN SALT STONE MASSAGE

Himalayan salt stones are warmed in a special Himalayan salt stone warmer and then used with massage to relieve tension and stress throughout the body. Inflammation and stress in the body can be caused by a buildup of too many positive ions which can lead to pain and illness. Himalayan salt helps to balance the positive ions with negative ions. This interaction can help in reducing inflammation.
