I learned about this in high school. The ones I can remember, other than agape, are philios -- which is sort of like strong friendship, and eros -- which is sexual passion. There's another but I'm drawing a blank.
eros you know Another form of love and attachment I read about today is "Storge" This bond will hypothetically develope over time and insinuates a close relationship between a friend or a lover. Attachment and affection are closely intertwined in a Storge love. You got to have friends!
Love as a bonding principle is based on connection and communication/compassion. There are a couple different ways we as humans connect with each other. Food is a big deal for me. A romantic dinner date or preparing breakfast for a loved one. I like making cakes. How do you express affection for someone you care for? There are so many different types of love or individual preference for forms of love language. For me personally I enjoy treating myself or gifts of affection Happy Saturday!

Philautia- Self love or benevolence to oneself is a trait of courage. For me this looks like drinking water or doing self work like painting and journaling. Or key expression. We can express our selves with each other as well. For me I like hugs or massages. ❤️
