Nick, we put scampi seasoning and put the shrimp on the grill via skewers and man, to use the words of Emeril Lagasse, and BAM!!! a little cayenne pepper to 'kick it top a notch.' Unless your steak is thin, the shrimp will be ready before the steak, even if you cook it "blood-rare" like I do with mine. DEE-lishus!!!
Couple of Weeks ago I made a Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese Sandwich, on Sourdough Bread, added Red Chili Pepper Flakes, Garlic Powder on the inside with some Thick cut Hemplers Bacon, and grilled it in the pan to a golden brown perfection... David
August 7, 2022, Sunday Last night was a nice slice of Prime Rib--RARE!!! Baked Potato, lots of Sour Cream, and yes, real Horseradish sauce!!! Extra HOT!!!
I stir fried some beef in a tiny bit of avocado oil with onions and garlic. Tossed it in some no sugar paleo bbq sauce and topped it with fresh cilantro. Kimchi and hearts of palm on the side.
Filet mignon wrapped with applewood bacon with a pat of garlic butter and seasoned with crushed rosemary, a twice baked potato, and a Caesar salad, and a nice merlot.
I am ordering out tonight, there’s this seafood restaurant here in Reno that I enjoy very much. I’m getting a seafood boil with shrimp crawfish and crab in cajun sauce, is so bomb!
