Tonight I just had Mexican food. Here at The ranch! Other nights differentiate.

 

Mmmm yummy. Have ever had menudo or barbacoa there at the Ranch?

 

No I don't think so, but I do love me some menudo. sounds so good right now!!!

 

I had Chinese tonight but I absolutely love Mexican food. It sounds so good right now my mouth is watering.

I had General Tso's chicken over pork fried rice, two egg rolls, and an order of crab rangoon.

 

Oooh that sounds really good too!

 

You read my mind!!! I haven't had it since the holidays. Oh wait it's that time of year again. Woo Hoo!!!

 

Makes me want some tostada's real bad!!!

That sounds good... I love a good Carne Asada dinner... I think I am going to get some Aussie Lamb Chops from Costco today to grill outside, and enjoy the warm weather...

Leftover Turkey with homemade whole cranberry sauce, on Seattle Waterfront Sour Dough bread!!!

Love it!!! Had Sweet & Sour Pork, and Beef LoMein tonight!!! No cheating, ate it all with Chop Stick....

 

I grilled a New York Steak rare & baked some Steak Fries 01/28/18....

We have @Bea in the house cooking for us right now... Last night it was delicious egg drop soup and chicken wings.... Can't wait to find out what she will treat us to today!

 

Dinner is my favorite meal, home cooked food yummy. I love cooking steak mashed potatoes and asparagus

 

I would have to be dead not to enjoy it!!! I am so lucky. I love my life.... THIS was what Mama Bea cooked up today....
